How can I return my package?

If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.

If you need to return your order within 30 days of receiving it (which you can track using the tracking number we provided), we've got you covered. All you need to do is contact our friendly Customer Support team at support@derila.com and simply let us know why you'd like to return your product. We'll take care of the rest!
